How tracking works
Because orders are arranged directly with us rather than through an automated checkout, tracking runs through the same conversation. Send us your order number — or the name the order was placed under — and we will send the current status and the carrier reference.
What to have ready
- The order number, or the phone number the order was placed from
- The delivery city
- The approximate order date
If something arrived damaged
Photograph the package before unpacking anything further and send the photos in the same thread. Claims are handled under the official returns policy.
