1. About these terms
By using sense.sellu.us you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. SENSE Personal Care is the operator of this site and the seller of the products listed on it.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its size, ingredients and intended use. Photographs are representative; packaging and shade can vary slightly between production batches without the formula changing.
SENSE products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is offered as a treatment for a diagnosed condition. If you have a scalp or skin condition, speak to a professional first.
3. Prices
Prices shown on this site are listed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include the product only. Shipping is quoted separately per order, because it depends on destination and weight. We may change prices at any time, but a price we have confirmed to you in writing for a specific order is the price that order is charged at.
4. How an order is formed
Adding items to the cart does not create a contract. The cart builds a message you send to us on WhatsApp. A sale exists only once we have confirmed availability, the final total including shipping, and you have confirmed you want to proceed. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside the area we can serve.
5. Payment
Payment methods are agreed in the order conversation. We will never ask you for full card numbers, CVV codes or online banking passwords over WhatsApp, email or social media. If someone claiming to be SENSE asks you for these, it is not us — stop and contact us on the number published on this site.
6. Use of the site
You may browse, share and print pages from this site for personal use. You may not copy the product photography, text or design for commercial use, or present our products as your own brand, without written permission. Resellers are welcome — talk to us and we will set that up properly.
7. Intellectual property
The SENSE name, logo, product names and the content of this site belong to SENSE Personal Care.
8. Liability
We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are fit for normal use. We are not responsible for reactions caused by ignoring the usage instructions or a known allergy to a listed ingredient — the full ingredient information is published on each product page for exactly this reason. Always patch-test if you have sensitive skin.
9. Returns
Returns are governed by our shipping and returns policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. The Spanish-language terms published at sensepersonalcare.com are the authoritative version in the event of any conflict.
