01 — Cleanse
Start with the shampoo matched to your scalp, not to your ends. Oily scalp: wash daily. Dry or normal: every other day. Massage into the scalp for thirty seconds and let the lather rinse down the lengths rather than scrubbing them.
02 — Repair
Conditioner goes on mid-lengths and ends, never the scalp. Leave it for two to three minutes. If your hair is chemically treated or breaking, swap the conditioner for a mask or a Nanoplex treatment once or twice a week instead of adding it on top.
03 — Seal and style
On damp hair, finish with a styling cream, a wave definer or a few drops of essential oil, depending on what you want the hair to do. Dry with a microfiber towel rather than a bath towel — less friction, less frizz.
How often to change it
Give a routine at least four weeks before judging it. Hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, so what you see in week two is mostly the fibre you already had. If nothing has improved after a month, the routine is probably matched to the wrong hair type — tell us and we'll re-match it.
