Is the line safe for colour-treated or straightened hair?
Yes. Every SENSE formula is salt-free, which is the main reason shampoos shorten the life of colour and keratin treatments. The Nanoplex line is specifically designed not to interfere with treatments already on the hair.
What is the difference between Special Repair and Nanoplex?
Special Repair is the everyday line — botanical actives, four scents, sizes from 22 mL to 500 mL. Nanoplex is the technical line, built around Plex-Q10 bond technology for hair that is actively breaking from heat or chemical processing. Many people use Special Repair daily and Nanoplex weekly.
What do Granate, Amatista, Turquesa and Mangosantal mean?
They are the fragrance variants of the Special Repair line, not different formulas. Granate and Turquesa shampoos pair with Amatista and Turquesa conditioners respectively; Mangosantal is its own pairing. If scent is not a factor, any pairing works.
How often should I wash?
Daily if your scalp is oily, every other day if it is dry or normal. Washing less often is not automatically better — an unwashed scalp is a common cause of the problems people try to fix with more product.
Can I try before buying a full bottle?
Yes. Single 22 mL sachets of both the shampoo and conditioner are sold individually, and in boxes of 20 for salons.
